Step 1 Crumble tofu and boil corn
To prepare the dish first, wash the tofu and crumble it to get small, loose pieces. Also, add water in a pot and bring it to boil. Add the corn kernels and boil till they become soft and tender. Keep aside until needed next.

Step 2 Cook tofu, corn and spinach
Now, heat oil in a pan over medium flame. To the heated oil add the crumbled tofu with red chilli powder, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then add the boiled corns. Cook for another 2-3 minutes and add the chopped spinach leaves. Again season with salt and pepper. Toss all the ingredients well to combine.

Step 3 Add cheese and salsa and serve
Transfer the mix on a plate and lay portions of the mix on the tortillas. Stuff in grated goat cheese and salsa. Serve the soft tacos.
