This Sukhdi is healthy Because this sukhdi is made by the Black Millet Flour. And Black Millet Flour is Healthy Flour of our Body. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cup of Black Millet Flour

  • 1 Cup of Jaggery

  • 1 Cup of Ghee

  • 1tp Spoon Almond

  • 1tp Spoon  Cashew ( For Garnishing)

સામગ્રી:

  • બ્લેક મિલેટ લોટનો 2 કપ

  • 1 કપ ગોળ

  • 1 કપ ઘી

  • 1 ચમચી બદામ

  • 1  ચમચી કાજુ (સુશોભન માટે)

Notes :

  • Make sure that jaggery is grated (so there are no big pieces) or use powdered jaggery.

  • Roast the flour properly otherwise you get a raw taste of flour.

  • Do not cook once the jaggery is added otherwise sukhdi becomes chewy.
