  • Step 1

    Wash the cucumber with clean water. Cut it into small pieces. Keep it in the cooker to cook. Take 2 to 3 whistles & turn off the gas.

  • Step 2

    Now take the varai flour in a big thali. Grind the soaked sabudana & add it to the varai flour. Make the paste of green chilly and salt, add it to the varai flour.

  • Step 3

    Now grind the cooked cucumber into the mixture to make a good paste and add it to the varai flour. Now knead all flour completely. Keep a tawa on the gas and spread some oil to it.

  • Step 4

    Make thalipeet on it & spread some oil on it. Cover with a lid to get the steam completely. Well, prepared thalipeets are ready to eat.
