  • Step 1

    To prepare this toothsome dessert, add sugar and butter in a medium sized bowl. Beat the mixture well using a whisker until soft and fluffy like cream.

    Next, add egg yolks into it. Then, add vanilla beans to the mixture. Whisk well until smooth.

    Now, add salt into the mixture as required. Sieve all purpose flour, almond and cinnamon powder into the mixture. Fold and knead the mixture properly to prepare a perfect dough for the dessert.

    Once the dough is ready, make small circular round balls from it. Then, flatten the balls and twist their edges in a shape of a half moon and place them on the baking tray.

    Preheat the OTG at 180 degree Celsius and bake the crescents for 10-12 minutes. Lastly, sprinkle and dust the icing sugar over them and serve.
