Paneer paratha is one of the many popular paratha varieties from Punjab. It’s an all-time favorite paratha at home and is served in most restaurants as well as Punjabi Dhaba. parathas have been an important recipe, especially in north India. while many agree that parathas were originated in India, but some put forward the Persian influence on Indian cuisine. more commonly, paneer parathas are eaten with a pickle recipe, but they can be even served with simple plain curd.
It is always better to make your own homemade paneer – cottage cheese and use it for any paneer dish that you make. So is the case with this paneer paratha. The paneer retains its freshness and softness even when cooked.
Ingredients:
- 300 Gram Wheat Flour
- 2tp Spoon Ghee
- 1/2tp Spoon Salt
- Water (As Per Needed)
- Oil (For Fry)
For Making Stuffing:
- 100 Gram Paneer
- 1 Cup Chopped Capsicum
- Coriander Leaves (As Per Your Choice)
- Red Chilli Powder (As Per Test)
- Salt (As Per Test)
- 1/2tp Spoon Turmeric
- 1/2tp Spoon Garam Masala
- 1tp Spoon Coriander- Cumin Seed Powder
- 1tp Spoon Black Peper Powder
સામગ્રી:
- 300 ગ્રામ ઘઉંનો લોટ
- 2 ચમચી ઘી
- 1/2 ચમચી મીઠું
- પાણી (જરૂરી મુજબ)
- તેલ (શેકવા માટે)
સ્ટફિંગ બનાવવા માટે:
- 100 ગ્રામ પનીર
- 1 કપ કાપેલું કેપ્સિકમ
- કોથમીર (તમારી પસંદગી મુજબ)
- લાલ મરચું પાવડર (સ્વાદ અનુસાર)
- મીઠું (સ્વાદ અનુસાર)
- 1/2 ચમચી હળદર
- 1/2 ચમચી ગરમ મસાલા
- 1ચમચી ધાણા- જીરું પાવડર
- 1ચમચી કાળામરી નો પાવડર
Tips:
-
firstly, on a hot tava place the rolled paratha and cook both sides.

also add oil / ghee and press slightly.

finally, serve hot paneer parathas with sauce, raita or pickle.
