Thai Pork and Peanut Curry Recipe
Thai Pork and Peanut Curry is a very simple and quick Thai recipe to prepare at home with pork and peanut butter. It is highly recommended to serve this dish with steamed rice because that's the best way to relish exotic curries. Much like most Thai curries, one of its important ingredient is Thai curry paste which enhances it's flavor.

Step 1
In a large pan, heat oil over medium flame. Once hot, add chopped spring onion to it and fry till it turns golden brown. Add pork pieces to it and cook for 5-7 minutes till they are well cooked from all the sides.

After it turns brown, add the Thai red curry paste, peanut butter, brown sugar, soy sauce, coconut milk, and water to the same pan. Mix all the ingredients well and then cover it with a lid. Simmer for 10-15 minutes minimum.

After 10 minutes, remove the lid and give it a good stir. Add lime juice on top of it along with salt. Mix well and cook on low flame for another minute or two then switch off the flame. Our Thai Pork and Peanut Curry is now ready. Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish with curry leaves and red bell pepper. Serve with hot steamed rice and enjoy.
