Chocolate and Hazelnut Mousse Recipe
Chocolate is considered as everybody's favourite and is used to make a lot of dishes. They are known to uplift your mood and will make you feel happy. Whenever you crave for sweets, you can easily grab a bite of a chocolate and it will satisfy your innate cravings. You can enjoy a chocolate as it is and can also use it in a dessert. Our brain is a very complex organ and can store memories of all types.

Step 1
To prepare this delightful dessert recipe, break the dark chocolate into smaller pieces and transfer it in a double boiler. If you don't have a double boiler, put a deep-bottomed pan over medium flame and boil water in it. Once its boiled, put a glass bowl over this and add dark chocolate in it for melting purpose. (Tip: Make sure you stir in between so that the chocolate is not burnt.)

Once the chocolate is melted, add fresh cream in it along with whipped cream and mix well. When properly combined, turn off the flame and put down the glass bowl.

Next, take the mousse moulds or containers in which you can pour the mixture. Use a cake sponge as the base for the mousse. If you do not have cake sponge, use cookie crumbs for your base to line the mould.

Now, pour the chocolate mixture in the desired container or mould and evenly spread well. Line these moulds in a tray and allow the mixture to cool in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes, until set.

Meanwhile, take the hazelnut spread and warm it up in the microwave for 1 minute for the glaze. Once the mousse is set, demould it and glaze it up with hazelnut spread.
