Step 1 Heat oil in a pan
Firstly, heat oil in a pan, add diced garlic cloves in it, and saute for a minute. -

Now add the chopped potatoes to the pan and saute for 2-3 minutes. -

Now take 1 cup of water in a glass, add soy sauce and honey to it. Mix well. Now add this mixture to the pan and cook on high flame. -

Once you notice that the water has evaporated and the sauce has turned thick, add sesame seeds and stir. Add salt as per taste. -
