Carrot Pickle Recipe

Step 1 Wash and cut the carrots
Wash the fresh carrots and cut it into small pieces, as per your convenience. Keep aside.

Step 2 Add all other ingredients and stir
Add salt, red chilli powder, green chillies, mustard seed dal, stir-fried fenugreek seeds, cumin powder, hing and stir well.

Step 3 Add lemon juice and it's ready !
Add lemon juice on it and stir it well. Serve it with Roti, chapati, etc
