An easy and healthy dosa recipe made with a combination of sama rice and Fox Nut. it is an ideal breakfast recipe that is made without rice and urad dal which is not considered for fasting. the post also includes a healthy and tasty upvas chutney recipe made with coconut and coriander leaves. I would like to add some more variations, tips, and suggestions to upvas dosa recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1/2Cup of Sama Rice (Moryo)
- 1 Cup of Fox Nut
- Water (As Per Needed)
- Salt ( As Per Needed)
- 1tp Spoon Green Chilli Pest
- 1/2tp Spoon Ginger Pest
- 1/2tp Spoon Black Peper Powder
- Ghee ( As Per Needed)
સામગ્રી:
- 1/2 કપ સમાના ચોખા (મોરિયો)
- ફોક્સ નટનો 1 કપ
- પાણી (જરૂર મુજબ)
- મીઠું (સ્વાદ અનુસાર)
- 1tp ચમચી લીલા મરચાંની પેસ્ટ
- 1/2tp ચમચી આદુની પેસ્ટ
- 1/2tp ચમચી પાવડર
- ઘી (જરૂર મુજબ)
This Farali Dosa has a Wonderful, Crispy texture if Made thin and Must be eaten immediately. if you make farali dosa too thick and have it later, it might be Chewy.
