Step 1 Prepare the filling
Take a bowl. Add paneer and hung curd. Now add chopped onion, capsicum, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur and coriander leaves. Mix well to prepare a mixture.

Step 2 Prepare the bread slices
Now take bread slices and chop off the edges. Use a rolling pin and roll out the bread slices into a thing sheet.

Step 3 Stuff the mixture
Now add 1-2 tbsp of the stuffing in the middle of the bread slices and bring together all the edges. Apply a few drops of water and make a small ball. Press gently to seal the ball. Make more such stuffed balls.

Step 4 Serve with a dip of your choice
Now heat oil in a kadhai and drop the stuffed balls in it. Deep fry them until golden brown. Once crispy, take them out on a plate and serve with chutney and ketchup.
