A classic Italian dessert, Tiramisu is a popular sweet dish that you can easily make at home. This is an easy-to-make dessert recipe for which you need not do a lot of hard work as it can be set in just an hour.

Step 1 Separate egg white from egg yolk
Take eggs and separate egg whites in a bowl and yolks in a larger bowl (big enough to beat the eggs and cheese together). Put a pinch of salt in egg whites and keep in the refrigerator.

Step 2 Mix sugar with egg yolk and then with mascarpone cheese and rum
Add sugar in the yolks and whisk together till sugar melts and creamy texture is formed. The egg yolks will start looking lighter in colour. Now, add a serving spoon of mascarpone cheese and mix together keep repeating till the cheese is finished. Now add a cap of rum mix well and keep aside.

Step 3 Whisky egg whites till a soft peak and then mix with cheese mixture
Take out the egg whites and whisk to form snow. Now, add only the snow to the cheese mixture and fold in gently. Do not whisk as it will curdle up the cheese. Repeat the process patiently and gently till the egg whites are almost over.

Step 4 Set the Tiramisu in the refrigerator
Take the ladyfingers and soak in coffee one by one and keep them out on kitchen towels and drain excess coffee from them. Now, lay one layer of Ladyfinger biscuits in the bowl pour cream over them, dust some cocoa powder. Now, lay another layer of ladyfinger biscuits and pour cream on them and latten a little bit. Cover with cling film and let it sit for at least 10 hours. In the refrigerator, take out of the refrigerator 10 minutes before serving, and sprinkle cocoa powder evenly and serve.
