Step 1 Making the cheesecake base
To prepare this cheesecake recipe, take a bowl and mix together biscuit crumbs with melted butter. Let this mixture rest for around 20 minutes in the refrigerator. This will make the base of a cheesecake.

Step 2 Blend together the remaining ingredients
Meanwhile, take another bowl and blend together all the remaining ingredients along with thandai powder. You can also sugar thandai syrup in it. Pour the mixture on top of the cookie crumble.

Step 3 Steam bake for 30-35 minutes
Steam bake the mixture at 160 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.

Step 4 Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for 2 hours
Once the mixture is cooked and set, let it chill in the refrigerator for two hours at least. Demould on a plate, garnish as you like and serve chilled.
