Step 1 Boil milk with sugar & condensed milk until it thickens
Boil milk, condensed milk and sugar in a deep non-stick pan, stir continuously to avoid skin forming.

Step 2 Cook rice powder in milk
Then, add rice powder and green cardamom powder. After 20-25 min, rice is cooked, then take it off from the flame and let it cool.

Step 3 Add kiwi pulp in the rice mixture
Add fresh kiwi pulp and after adding pulp, let it rest for 2 more minutes, then add kewda water.

Step 4 Kiwi phirni is ready, enjoy chilled
Pour the mixture into individual serving bowls and refrigerate.
