Start by preparing the sweet chili sauce by mixing ginger, coriander leaves, lime juice and Thai sweet chili sauce in a bowl. Keep it aside.

Now, spread the chopped shrimp on a large plate and then slide this plate inside the freezer for sometime. In a blender add frozen shrimps, red curry paste, eggs, fish sauce, sugar and coconut milk. Blend it till you attain a smooth paste. Transfer this paste into a separate bowl and add basil leaves, fish sauce, salt and green beans in it. Mix well.

Place a large skillet over medium flame and grease it with some oil. Carefully, drop a tablespoon of the paste prepared above on it and with a spatula firmly press it. Flip the sides and fry till it turns golden brown. Repeat the same with rest of the paste.

Once you have the fried shrimp cakes, drain these on a paper towel in order to soak up the extra oil. Your thai shrimp cakes are now ready. Serve them hot with the sweet chili sauce.
