Step 1 Boil the whole wheat noodles
To prepare this healthy noodle recipe, cook whole-wheat hakka noodles in salt boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes till done. Rinse the boiled noodles under cold water. Add a tablespoon of oil and keep it aside.

Step 2 Saute the vegetables and toss with noodles and soya sauce
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, saute slices of onion, julienne carrot and shreds of Chinese cabbage, cook till half done. Now, add in the whole wheat noodles, julienne mixed peppers, steamed edamame beans, soy sauce and toss it on high heat.

Step 3 Add bok choy, vinegar, bean sprouts. Adjust seasoning and serve hot
Now add in thick shreds of bok choy, bean sprouts, vinegar and seasoning to taste. Serve hot.
