Tandoori Chaap Tikka is an easy recipe to make, healthy and its flavour is just breath taking. Soya chaap is made up of Soya chunks. They look like some non-veg food but are completely vegetarian and healthy also.

  • Step 1 Add ingredients in a bowl to marinate

    In a mixing bowl add ½ cup curd and 2 tbsp gram flour. Now add the spices: salt as per taste, ½ tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, ½ tbsp turmeric powder, ¼ tbsp black pepper, ½ tbsp garam masala and a pinch of red food colour (optional).

  • Step 2 Mix the ingredients and keep it aside

    Mix all of them together and marinate. Add 1 tbsp of ginger, garlic and green chilli paste, 100 gms of chaap, ½ cup onion cubes, ½ cup of squared capsicum, 2 tbsp oil and mix well. Cover the marinated chaap and let it rest for about 30 mins, After 30 mins, mix it again.

  • Step 3 Add the chaap on the skewer

    Take a skewer and insert the marinated chaap and vegetables in the skewer. Roast them till it forms a crispy layer over it.

  • Step 4 Garnish and serve

    Sprinkle some chaat masala and add 2 tbsp lemon juice and the tandoori chaap tikka is ready to be served.
