Step 1 Boil soya chunks
Soak soya chunks for 30 minutes. Now add them to a saucepan and add water to it. Boil the chunks for 10-12 minutes. Now drain the water and wash chunks with cold water. Squeeze the soya chunks and keep them in a bowl.

Step 2 Prepare marination mixture
Now add curd in a bowl. Add the masala such as turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder, amchur, kasoori methi, salt, ginger and garlic paste. Mix them well to form a thick mixture. Now add soya chunks to this mixture and mix well. The soya chunks should be properly coated.

Step 3 Heat oil in a pan
Pour oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Now add onions and saute them for a few minutes.

Step 4 Add tomatoes
Add chopped tomatoes and let them cook for 4-5 minutes by covering the pan with a lid.

Step 5 Add capsicum and marinated chunks
Now add chopped capsicum and marinated chunks. Mix well and cook on medium-high heat for another 6-8 minutes.

Step 6 Add garam masala
