From making jams to making Pineapple curry, this sweet fruit can be used in a number of delicious ways. One simple way to make a yummy pineapple dish is by roasting it. All you need to do is cut the pineapple into cubes, marinate it and slow roast it on a grill.

Step 1 Prepare the pineapple
Firstly, clean the pineapple and peel the skin properly. Wash the pineapple and dry with a napkin. Cut the pineapple into pieces and set aside. In the meantime preheat your outdoor grill at medium-high and brush with some oil. (You can also use microwave or oven for the purpose)

Step 2 Prepare the masala
Take a large bowl and mix all the dry ingredients together. Now take the pineapple pieces and brush them with lemon juice.

Step 3 Place pineapple into skewers
Take the pineapple pieces and coat them properly with the dry ingredients. Let them rest for 5 mins. Now put the pineapple pieces into the bamboo skewers one by one.

Step 4 Grill and serve
Now grill the pineapple wedges for about 3-4 minutes each side, till they look golden brown. If you are doing it in your oven, make sure to turn each side of the pineapple right after 5 min. It will take 15 to 20 minutes maximum.
