Oats Mini Uttapam Recipe

Oats Mini Uttapam healthy, easy, and an instant recipe of uttapam made with oats. Apart from oats, sooji or rava, and besan are also added to the uttapam.

In the uttapams, I have added veggies like onion, bell pepper, tomatoes as a topping. You can even add grated carrots and beetroots. If you do not have any veggies, you can make them plain. But with topped veggies, the taste is better.

You can make these instant oats uttapam not only for breakfast but also for brunch or for a quick evening snack.

Ingredients:

Recipe:

  • Step 1

First, blend the oats in a grinder till they form a coarse powder.

  • Step 2

Take the oats powder in a bowl and add semolina (sooji) to it.

  • Step 3

Now add the curd to it, along with some water. Add salt and black pepper according to taste. Mix it properly and keep it aside for 2 minutes.

  • Step 4

Take a nonstick Tawa and grease it with olive oil. Spread a spoonful of batter on it. Top it with grated carrot, paneer, green chilies, yellow bell pepper, and capsicum.

  • Step 5

Cover it and cook on a slow flame. Once golden brown from one side, flip it.

  • Step 6
