    To prepare this easy recipe, take a bowl and add curd to it along with salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Mix them well and keep it aside.

    Next, place a pan over medium flame and heat ghee in it. Once it is heated, add cumin seeds and asafoetida. When it starts crackling add red chillies and fry for a minute.

    Add grated turmeric and saute well for 5 minutes. Once the turmeric is cooked add minced ginger and curd mixture. Mix them altogether and cook for 4 minutes. Add water in the turmeric mixture and simmered for 15 minutes.

    Finally, transfer it to a serving bowl. Your Haldi ki Sabzi is ready. Serve hot and enjoy!
