Step 1 Mix the veggies and spices
Chop the onion, cucumber and green chilli. Add them to a bowl. Also add besan, salt, cumin powder, chaat masala and coriander leaves to the bowl.

Step 2 Add sprouts and make a dough
Now add the boiled moong sprouts to the bowl. Mash everything together lightly and prepare a dough. If needed, add 2-4 tablespoons of water.

Step 3 Make small kebabs and shallow fry
Heat oil in a pan. Now make small kebabs with the dough and shallow fry them from both sides until golden brown.

Step 4 Serve with chutney or dip
Serve the healthy kebabs with mint chutney or ketchup.
