Step 1
In a cooker, add all the given ingredients along with 2 cups of water. Close the lid and cook for 4-5 whistles. Once the pressure is released, turn on the flame again and cook till all the water is dried.

Once this mixture comes down to room temperature, grind in a mixer jar.

Now make small kebabs/tikkis from this mixture and shallow fry on a nonstick Tawa/pan.

Cook from both sides until golden brown. Serve hot with mint chutney and tomato ketchup.
