Made with soya flour, moong dal and semolina, this quick breakfast recipe can be served with green chutney or tomato ketchup
Green Dosa Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup soaked green moong dal
- 1/4 cup soya flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 5 ml refined oil
- 1/4 cup semolina
- 2 teaspoon powdered flax seeds
- 2 chopped green chili
Recipe :

Step 1
Grind the soaked green moong dal, soy flour, and rawa to form a batter (of dosa consistency).

Later add salt, flax seed powder, green chili to the batter.

Step 3
Make dosas out of that batter on a non-stick pan.

Serve hot with tomato chutney.
