    To make this dessert recipe, place a pan over medium flame and add semolina in it. Roast for 5-10 minutes until brown. Keep aside for a while. In a medium bowl, add grated cucumber, cucumber juice, roasted semolina, grated coconut and the powdered jaggery. Mix all the ingredients together properly.

    Now, add cumin, cashews and green cardamom powder to the mixture and whisk properly. Mix the batter to ensure it is smooth and absolutely lump-free. Add coconut milk to get the desired consistency.

    Take a pan and grease with the coconut oil. Now, add the cucumber batter evenly to the pan and press firmly. Then, insert the pan into a steamer with the desired amount of water and cover with lid. Steam for about 20-30 minutes or until the cake is steamed.
