Chilli Soya Nuggets Recipe
Chilli Soya Nuggets is a vegetarian, fusion recipe that will be loved by people of all ages. For this simple snack dish, soya chunks are cooked in Chinese style gravies and in a variety of sauces to give you flavours which will tantalize your taste buds.
Chilli Soya Nuggets Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500 gm soya nuggets
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 pieces spring onions
- 2 tablespoon garlic paste
- 2 medium capsicum (green pepper)
- 1/2 teaspoon Ajinomoto
- 3 teaspoon vinegar
- 4 pieces green chilli
- 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
- salt as required
- 2 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 1/2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
For Garnishing :
- 2 tablespoon coriander leaves

Step 1 Marinate the soya chunks
To prepare this dish, first, mix soya chunks, cornflour, salt and garlic paste in a pan together. Using hands, mix the ingredients very well. Keep this mix aside undisturbed until needed next.

Step 2 Shallow fry the soya chunks
Now, heat oil in a pan over a medium flame. Once the oil heats sufficiently, add in the marinated soya chunks. Shallow fry and then remove from heat.

Step 3 Saute vegetables with sauces
Next, heat the oil left over after frying the soya chunks. Once the oil is heated, add chopped onions, chopped capsicum and chopped green chillies. Saute for a minute and then add salt with Ajinomoto, soya sauce, vinegar and ketchup. Cook this mix for 3-5 minutes.

Step 4 Add soya chunks and serve hot
