Step 1 Soak the khoya
To make this yummy main dish, bring a pan and boil water in it. When the water lukewarm add khoya in it. Turn off the flame, and keep the soaked khoya aside.

Step 2 Mix all ingredients and pan fry
Meanwhile in a pan heat oil on high flame, and add to it garam masala, asafoetida seeds, cumin seeds and onions. Mix the ingredients well and let them fry. After 5-7 minutes, add the onions paste in it. Let the mixture fry.

Step 3 Prepare a paste of the spices
In another bowl add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder and garam masala with some water. Mix well to form a paste like texture. Add this paste in the mixture prepared above.

Step 4 Add khoya, peas, tomatoes
Finally, to the prepared mixture add khoya, peas and tomatoes. Mix well with the spices. Cover the lid and let it cook for about half an hour.

Step 5 Garnish and serve hot
Once all ingredients are cooked, stop with coriander leaves and serve hot.
