the beauty of this recipe is the combination of taste it has to offer in each bite. the main source of this curry is tomato which provides the tanginess to this curry. however, I have also added a bit of sugar. this would ensure to deliver sweetness and bitterness to this recipe. of course, the curry is then topped with sev which gives crunchiness to this dish. Ingredients :

  • 250gram Tomato

For Masala:

  • લસણના 7 થી 8 ટુકડાઓ

    મીઠું ચપટી

    2tp ચમચી કાશ્મીરી લાલ મરચું પાવડર

    1 / 2tp ચમચી હીંગ પાવડર

    2tp ચમચી કોથમીર - જીરું બીજ પાવડર

For Making a Subji:

  • 4tp Spoon Oil

  • 1/2tp Spoon Mustard seed

  • 1/2tp Spoon Cumin seed

  • 1/2tp Spoon asafoetida powder

  • 1 Piece of Chopped Green Chilli

  • 1/2tp Spoon Turmeric Powder

  • Salt ( As Per Test)

  • 1/2 Glass of Water

  • 1 Cup of besan sev

  • 1tp Spoon Jaggery

સામગ્રી:

  • 250 ગ્રામ ટામેટા

મસાલો બનાવવા માટે:

  •  7 થી 8 નંગ લસણના

  • ચપટી મીઠું 

  • 2ચમચી કાશ્મીરી લાલ મરચું પાવડર

  • 1/2 ચમચી હીંગ 

  • 2 ચમચી ધાણાજીરું પાવડર

શાક બનાવવા માટે:

  • 4  ચમચી તેલ

  • 1/2 ચમચી મસ્ટર્ડ બીજ

  • 1/2 ચમચી જીરું બીજ

  • 1/2 ચમચી હીંગ

  • 1 નંગ કાપેલું લીલું મરચું

  • 1/2tp ચમચી હળદર પાવડર

  • મીઠું (પરીક્ષણ મુજબ)

  • 1/2ગ્લાસ પાણી

  • 1 કપ બેસન ની સેવ

  • 1ચમચી ગોળ
