Step 1 Wash the torai and poke holes
Wash the torai and poke some holes in them using a fork. Now add 2 tbsp mustard oil to a pan and pan-fry the torai for a few minutes. Once done, add torai in a bowl of water and let them cool down.

Step 2 Grind in a mixer
Now chop torai into small pieces and add to a mixer. Grind to form a paste.

Step 3 Saute garlic and chillies
Now heat 1 tbsp mustard oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and red chillies. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Now add the torai mixture and mix well. Add salt as per your choice and cook for 3-4 minutes more on low flame.

Step 4 Ready to be served
