Keema Gosht Recipe
Keema or minced mutton is a melt-in-mouth delicacy that you will fall in love with. It is extremely easy to prepare and offers a delicious mouth-watering flavour. Keema gosht is a mutton recipe known for its flavour and texture. Add in a melange of spices and cook in it to bring the flavour in this recipe. Keema gosht can be served with rice or roti.

Step 1 Wash and prepare keema
Wash mutton keema and strain excess water through a mesh strainer. Place a pressure cooker or pan over medium heat and add oil. after the oil heats, add sliced onions, green chillies and saute until the onions turn light brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute to get rid of raw smell. Then, add mutton keema to it.

Step 2 Add spices and cook well
Fry the mutton until the water evaporates and keema changes in colour. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, mix it and fry it for few minutes and cook until oil separates. Add chopped tomatoes, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, mix and cook until the tomatoes turn soft.

Step 3 Pressure cook keema, garnish and serve
Add 1-1/2 cups of water to it and mix it well. Pressure cook the keema for 3-4 whistles on simmer or cook until it turns tender. then let the steam release naturally. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, crushed kasoori methi and mix. Cook for a few minutes if there is any water left. Switch off the flame. Serve hot.
