  • Step 1 Wash and clean the veggies

    To begin with this easy recipe, just wash and peel the carrot and cucumber and cut into fine juliennes. if you want you can also cut long strips. Next, wash and clean the iceberg lettuce and shred into long thin strips. Give an ice-bath to the lettuce to retain the crunchy texture.

  • Step 2 Prepare a marinade

    In the meantime, take a large bowl and squeeze the lemon and add ginger, garlic, chopped chill, salt, sugar and mix it together. The dressing is ready!

  • Step 3 Mix all the ingredients together
