Chutneys are a great way of adding some extra tang and spice to your food (sweetness too, sometimes). In fact, a very boring dish can also turn interesting if you simply use a suitable chutney to go with it.

Step 1
Take properly rinsed coriander leaves and chop them roughly.

Pour a little water into a blender and blend together coriander leaves, sendha namak, sugar, lemon juice, green chili, and coconut into a smooth paste.

Your phalahari chutney is ready. Serve in a bowl with your favourite dishes.
