jamun sarbat Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Jamun 1 bowls

  • Sugar Powder 2 tsp

  • Black Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Lemon Juice(optional) 1/2 tbsp

Recipe :

  • Wash all the jamuns and put it in a bowl.

  • Now add 1 glass of water and boil them.

  • After boiling let them cool down.

  • Deseed them.

  • Put all the pulp of jamun in the mixing jar after deseeding it.

  • Blend jamuns pulp by adding black salt, lemon juice and ice cubes and little bit water if needed.

  • Blend it.

  • Serve this Jamun juice chilled.

  • You can add it with soda water also.
