Step 1 Roast grated coconut
To prepare this delicious dessert, heat Kadhai over medium flame. When the kadhai is hot enough, add grated coconut in it and roast on low flame. Cook the coconut till the moisture evaporates.

Step 2 Prepare the coconut and jaggery mixture
Once it is done, add date palm jaggery and mix well till the coconut is mixed with jaggery. Cook both the ingredients for 10 to 15 minutes till it leaves the sides of the kadhai. Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool down.

Step 3 Make coconut-jaggery laddoos
Once the mixture is cool enough to handle, take a little amount of it in your hand and make a small size coconut laddoo. Once done, dip it in roasted sesame seeds. Repeat the same procedure to make more such laddoos. Once done, transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle little sesame seeds. The laddoos are ready to serve.
