Gujarati Meetha Pudla Recipe is a delicious pancake, made in Gujarati style using whole wheat flour and jaggery as a sweetener. It makes a delicious breakfast dish which you can serve along with some bananas and chai or you can even make it into a dessert, by caramelizing the bananas with jaggery and topping it over the meetha pudla.
It makes a healthy dessert for festivals like Diwali and the like.

Ingredients:
- 300 Gram Wheat Flour
- 1 cup Jaggery
- 2 Glass Water
- Ghee (For Fry)

- 1 કપ ગોળ
- 2 ગ્લાસ પાણી
- ઘી (શેકવા માટે)
To make pancakes sweet, I have used jaggery. You can use sugar as well. Very little oil, egg-free, thin and whole wheat pancake recipe is very healthy. Serve it in breakfast or snacks with a cup of tea. You could serve it for dinner as well with gram flour chilla.
