Chicken Cafreal Recipe
Chicken Cafreal is a popular dish of the Goan cuisine, and is incredibly amazing in taste. This is an easy-to-make chicken recipe that can be cooked in just half an hour. The major taste of this dish comes from marinating the chicken for a good 4-6 hours and then frying the chicken.

Step 1 Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes
To prepare this easy recipe, make slits on the chicken and apply lime juice, turmeric and salt. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.

Step 2 Prepare the masala for chicken
To prepare the masala for the chicken, in a grinder jar - add green chillies, ginger-garlic, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamom, peppercorns, turmeric, vinegar, salt and coriander leaves. Grind all these ingredients to a fine paste.

Step 3 Marinate chicken again with this masala
Once the masala is ready, apply it to the already marinated chicken and rub well. Marinate the chicken again for 4-6 hours.

Step 4 Fry the chicken from both sides
Put a thick-bottomed pan and heat some butter in it. When the butter is melted, add the marinated chicken and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes. Lower the flame and cook from both sides. Then, add a little water in it along with salt and vinegar to taste. Stir and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes and then turn off the flame. Enjoy!
