Tilgul Recipe
A popular Makarsankranti delicacy coming all the way from Maharashtra is Tilgul. These round laddoos are made with til and gur, which is why they are called 'Tilgul'. Tilgul is basically another name for Til Laddoos which are widely eaten in Northern states during winter months. Til or sesame seeds provide warmth during winters and when combined with jaggery, the combination is super tasty and healthy.
