Step 1 Prepare wheat flour batter
To prepare this easy recipe, mix the wheat flour with water and make the batter to a consistency similar to dosa.

Step 2 Prepare the filling
Now, start mixing the filling with grated coconut, grated jaggery, cumin seeds powder and cardamom powder

Step 3 Make dosa on pan
Heat a dosa tawa and melt a little ghee on it. When the ghee is melted, make wheat flour dosa with the prepared batter.

Step 4 Add coconut mix in ne half and fold, cook for a minute and then serve hot
Once it is cooked well, add the coconut mix in half side of the dosa and fold the other half side. Close the stuffing inside the dosa.
