I am sharing a very basic leftover recipe from khichdi. We Indians love to renovate/reuse leftover ingredients. Whether it is leftover boiled rice or khichdi, we have so many recipes for leftovers.

To give a healthy touch to leftover khichdi paratha, I have added different types of flours available in the home.

Let's check the step-by-step recipe of leftover khichdi paratha.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 Cup of Wheat Flour
  • 4tp Spoon Gram Flour
  • 2 Cup of  Black Millet Flour
  • 1 Cup of Leftover Polenta ( Mung Dal Polenta)
  • 1/2tp Spoon Turmeric
  • Pinch of asafoetida powder
  • 1tp Spoon Coriander - Cumin Seeds Powder
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Salt (As Per Test)
  • 1/2 Piece of Lemon Juice
  • 1tp Spoon Sesame seeds
  • 1tp Spoon Carom Seeds
  • 2tp Spoon Oil
  • Water (As Per Needed)
  • Oil (For Cooking)

સામગ્રી:

  • 2 કપ ઘઉંનો લોટ
  • 4 ટીપી ચમચી ગ્રામ લોટ
  • 2 કપ બાજરાનો લોટ
  • 1 કપ વધેલી ખીચડી  (મગની દાળની ખીચડી)
  • 1/2ચમચી હળદર
  • ચપટી હિંગ 
  • 1tp ચમચી ધાણાજીરું
  • ધાણા ના પાંદડા
  • મીઠું (પરીક્ષણ મુજબ)
  • 1/2 પીસ લીંબુનો રસ 
  • 1 ચમચી તલ
  • 1 ચમચી અજમો
  • 2 ચમચી તેલ
  • પાણી (જરૂર મુજબ)
  • તેલ (થેપલા શેકવા માટે)

Hear I have Used Mung Dal Polenta, You will use any Polenta that you have available.
