Ingredients:

For Seasoning :

  • salt as required

For Dressing :

  • 15 gm coconut milk powder
  • 10 ml Thai green curry paste

Recipe :

  • Step 1

    Start by washing minced mutton thoroughly. Drain the excess water and keep it aside. Take a chopping board, and finely chop onion, ginger, basil, lemongrass and green chili.

  • Step 2

    Now take a large bowl and combine onion, ginger, green chilli with mutton. Add thai curry paste, basil, lemongrass and egg in the bowl and mix the ingredients well. Then take some soaked wooden skewers and place the mutton mixture onto them. Place it in the refrigerator for some time.

  • Step 3

    To prepare the dressing, take a small bowl and combine thai curry paste with coconut milk powder. Add some water to dilute it and mix it well. Sprinkle salt and mix the ingredients well. Keep the dip aside.

  • Step 4

    Preheat the grill to 350 degree Fahrenheit. When it is hot and ready, sprinkle some oil on it. Take mutton out from refrigerator and carefully place it on the hot grill. Cook the skewers till they turn golden brown in colour. Once done, serve them hot with coconut dressing and enjoy.
