Kaju Katli with Milk Powder Recipe

Step 1 Stir milk powder in milk
To prepare this delicious Kaju Katli with the milk powder, put a non-stick over the low flame and add milk powder in it along with milk. Stir well to mix and let the mixture simmer for about 5-7 minutes.

Step 2 Make cashew paste
Add soaked cashews in a blender jar along with a little water, and blend them to a fine paste.

Step 3 Mix cashew paste with thickened milk powder
Once the milk powder starts thickening, mix kaju paste in it and stir to mix well. Add ghee to it and stir once again.

Step 4 Mix cardamom powder in the milk and cashew paste and spread on a greased plate
Finally, add green cardamom powder in it and give it a nice stir. Turn off the flame. After this, grease a plate with some ghee and spread this kaju mixture on it. Apply silver varq all over and cut into diamond pieces. Eat freshly made kaju katli with milk powder.
