  • Step 1 Wash the chicken Mix all ingredients and make chicken mixture

    To make this easy patty recipe, wash the chicken and par boil it with some water and a dash of salt. Next, drain the water and keep aside. In the meantime, wash the veggies and herbs and chop them nicely.

  • Step 2 Make chicken patties

    Take a bowl and add chicken, egg yolk, scallion, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, mirin, coriander leaves, sesame oil and combine the ingredients well. Next, put some oil in your palms and scoop out mixture and make small balls, then flatten them to make patties. Dust some flour if you want and keep them aside.

  • Step 3 Pan fry the patties and serve

    Heat a skillet or a pan on medium-low heat. Add vegetable oil to it. When the oil is hot, add the chicken patties one by one. Pan fry for a minute on each side until cooked well. Serve the patties with sauce.

Tips :

  • To make the patties more delicious add in some ginger garlic paste, while making the mixture.

  • To make the patty more crunchy, add in some semolina or rice flour.

  • You can also coat the patty with bread crumbs and then fry them nicely.
