Step 1 Chop all the veggies
To prepare this easy noodles recipe, wash and roughly chop, spring onion, capsicum, tomato, onion and green chilli.

Step 2 Boil the noodles
Next, put a pan over medium flame and boil water in it. After a boil, add the noodles and boil them for 3-5 minutes over low flame.

Step 3 Stir fry the veggies
Next, heat vegetable oil in a wok and put it over medium flame. When the oil is hot enough, add onion and green chillies in it along with the white part of spring onion. Stir well and stir fry for a minute. Then, add all the remaining veggies in the wok and stir fry for another minute.

Step 4 Add sauces along with vinegar
Now, add soy sauce, vinegar and green chilli sauce along with salt in the wok. Stir well and then add the boiled noodles in it. Toss well and garnish with green spring onion and serve hot.
