Step 1 Deseed the bitter gourd
To prepare this amazing pickle, take fresh green bitter gourd and cut each of them vertically into 2 parts. After that, remove all its all seeds and keep aside.

Step 2 Cut the bitter gourds into pieces and apply all spices
Cut the deseeded bitter gourds into pieces as per your convenience in a bowl. Now, add lemon juice, salt, sugar, red chilli powder, cumin powder, etc., and toss well.

Step 3 Prepare tadka
Heat oil in a small pan over medium flame and add mustard seeds with a pinch of hing to it. Stir and let it splutter.

Step 4 Your pickle is ready, serve with roti
Now, add this tadka over bitter gourd and toss well. Stir well and serve it with roti or paratha.
