To prepare this dessert recipe, peel the bananas and cut them into halves. Now, grate the milk chocolate in large bowl. Place a deep-bottomed pan over medium flame and heat water in it. Place the large bowl containing the grated chocolate over the pan in such a way that bottom of the bowl is just touching the surface of the water. Keep stirring the chocolate and let it melt.

Meanwhile, insert skewer sticks in the bananas from one end. Once the chocolate has melted, dip the bananas in it and evenly coat them with chocolate. Now, roll this in a bowl containing the colorful sprinkles. Do this carefully as the bananas might break. Place all the coated banana sticks on a tray and transfer it in the freezer.
