Avocado Aioli Recipe

Avocado Aioli Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup virgin olive oil
- 4 sprigs cilantro
- 2 tablespoon white vinegar
- black pepper as required
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup avocado oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 sprig parsley
- coarse sea salt as required
- 2 dashes lime zest

Step 1
To prepare this delicious aioli recipe, wash a ripe avocado and pit it. Peel it along with the garlic cloves.

In a bowl, mix the avocado oil and the extra virgin olive oil. Once the oil is properly mixed, set it aside.

In a blender, throw in the avocado, garlic, cilantro, parsley, salt, black pepper, lemon zest, and squeeze the lemon. Blend the ingredients until the mixture is turned into a puree. Keep stirring the mixture once in a while.

Drop by drop, very carefully, add the mixture of oil to emulsify it. Keep adding until the mixture is smooth and gains a thick consistency.

Once the consistency is as per your requirement, give it a final blend. Your creamy Avocado Aioli is prepared.
