  • Step 1 Boil the pasta

    Add 2 cups of water in a pan and keep it for boiling. Read the instructions behind your pasta pack and cook them I this water accordingly. Remember to save 1/2 cup of pasta water before you drain it out. Oil the drained pasta properly to prevent it from sticking.

  • Step 2 Saute the vegetables

    While the pasta boils, wash and cut your veggies into cubes. Add some oil in a pan and add in the crushed garlic along with onions. Let these cook for 1 minute and add the rest of the vegetables and stir them. Cook these for 4-5 minutes and add the Italian seasoning.

  • Step 3 Mix the pasta and serve!

    Add the sauteed veggies in a bowl and add in the boiled pasta. Mix everything together and add the lemon juice. You can add the pasta water if you want to lose the consistency. It is ready to be served!
