Step 1 Cook whole wheat flour in ghee
To prepare this amazing halwa, put a kadhai on low flame and let it heat. Next, add ghee into it and let it melt. Add atta to it and cook on a very low flame. Keep stirring to avoid sticking to the bottom.

Step 2 Make sugar syrup
On another gas, put a pan over medium flame and boil water in it. Next, add sugar to it and keep stirring till all the sugar is dissolved. Turn off the gas when done.

Step 3 Mix sugar syrup with roasted whole wheat flour and cook the halwa
Once the atta starts turning brown, turn off the gas knob. Add the sugar syrup to the roasted atta and stir vigorously so that no lumps are left. Garnish with your choice of nuts and serve hot.
