Prepared using yummy glucose biscuits, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder and condensed milk, this palatable sweet is sufficient to enchant all your friends and family members.

Ingredients:

For Filling :

  • 6 roasted almonds

For Garnishing :

  • 2 tablespoon chopped pistachios

Recipe :

  • Step 1 Make a dough of ground biscuits and all the other ingredients

    To start preparing these delicious pedas, grind the glucose biscuits finely in a food processor and transfer them to a mixing bowl. Add all the other ingredients to the bowl except the almonds and mix everything well to form a smooth dough.

  • Step 2 Stuff almond into each ball and form a peda

    Grease your hands with a little ghee and divide the dough into two parts. Pull out a small portion from the dough and stuff an almond inside it. Roll it to make a smooth flattened ball in the shape of a peda. Garnish with pistachios and enjoy the delicious Chocolate pedas.
