Zebra Cake Recipe
This is an amazing cake recipe that can be made on any occasion. The name Zebra Cake is given to this dessert because of the same design that a zebra has on its skin.

Step 1 Sift all the dry ingredients
Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda in a large bowl and keep aside.

Step 2 Mix curd and sugar
Take a bowl and combine curd with sugar until the sugar dissolves. Once sugar is dissolved, add oil and vanilla essence and mix well.

Step 3 Prepare the cake batter
Now, add the flour mixture in the liquid mixture, and whisk well till you get a smooth batter (Tip: Make sure you beat in one direction).

Step 4 Prepare cocoa batter
In a separate bowl, take 3/4 of the mixture and add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, mix well. Next, line the cake tin with butter paper or grease and dust using some butter and all-purpose flour. Keep aside.

Step 5 Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven or OTG at 180-degree celsius for 5 minutes. Now, pour both these batter to greased baking dish alternatively.

Step 6 Make the Zebra design in the cake and bake for 35-40 minutes
Drop a large spoonful of plain batter in the centre of the pan. Then put a spoonful of the cocoa batter. Alternate spoonfuls on top of each other. Give the pan a shake to level it all out. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180-degree celsius for 35 to 40 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.

Step 7 Unmould once done and enjoy with tea/coffee. zebta
Unmould the cake once it’s cool down completely. Enjoy with a cup of tea.
